This card can be used for several different things. You could give a card like this to a new neighbour, welcoming them to the neighbourhood. Or if someone you know has moved into a new home, you could send them this with a note welcoming them to their new home. I love my neighbourhood wheel stamp and can't wait to use it more. I used my new clear letter stamps I bought while home on vacation in NB to spell the greeting at the bottom and some ribbon from the dollar store.To make this card I used:
Paper: Blush Blossom (SU), Basic Black, Whisper White (SU)
Ink: Basic Black (SU)
Stamps: Neighbourhood Jumbo Wheel (SU), Doodlebug Curly Small Alpha Stamp
Accessories: Stampin Up! Pastels and markers, ribbon
